Cerebral palsy (CP) is a syndrome caused by severe perinatal hypoxia with permanent brain damage in nearly 50% of preterm infants. Autologous stem cell transfer therapy is a potential option for the treatment of cerebral palsy, there are several mechanisms of action including cytokine immunomodulation, activation  of gene cascade, and the ability to send an electromagnetic pulse to regulate tissue synchronicity.
